Delivery Information
After completing your payment, you will receive an email informing you that your order is in the midst of packing and delivery. All orders will be packed within 1-3 working days. Once your order is ready for shipping, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number for your tracking purpose. For local orders, you may also track your parcel via J&T at https://www.jtexpress.my/tracking
Domestic deliveries within Malaysia are handled by J&T, while Singapore orders will be handled by Teleport. For the rest of the world, shipping rates and shipping partners will be advised at checkout. Do note that custom duties and taxes for international customers are NOT included in shipping charges. Customers are liable for the charges, if any.
