  • Can I change or cancel my order?

    Once your order has been confirmed, we are sorry that you can’t make any changes to your order, including combining order, adding or canceling item in the order. So please double check your order and details before checking out, ok! Please contact us at [email protected] if you need further assistance.

  • Can I change my shipping address?

    If your order has not been processed, we can help to change your shipping address. Please contact us at [email protected]. However, if your order is already shipped, we can’t help further 🙁

  • What if I received the wrong or defective product?

    We apologise for wrong or defective item received. Kindly email us at [email protected] within 7 working days with a snapshot of the item, along with your order reference. We will exchange the correct new item for you. Any postage incurred during the process will be reimbursed to you in the form of store credits.

  • Do you have a phone number I can contact you at?

    We operate solely online. Drop us an email at [email protected] or insta DM us and we will attend you soonest possible.

  • Shipping

  • How can I track my order?

    We will send you a confirmation email after you place your order. Another email along with a tracking number will be sent to you when your parcel is shipped out. You can track your parcel using the provided tracking number.

  • Do you offer international shipping?

    Yes, we gladly do! Shipping partners and rates will be displayed on the checkout page. 

  • Is there free shipping option available?

    Yes! Free shipping is applicable for orders with minimum spend of RM300 for local orders and RM500 for orders for Singapore.

  • How long does it take to receive my order?

    We will process and ship your order within 1-3 working days. Local delivery by J&T will take another 1-3 working days (West Malaysia) /3-5 working days (East Malaysia). International delivery to Singapore will take 7-14 working days.

  • Do you have a shop where I can pick up my order?

    Unfortunately pick up option is not available because we operate solely online at the moment. Insta DM us if your order is urgent, we try to do magic for you!

  • What are the currencies accepted?

    All prices on the website are stated in Malaysia Ringgit. For oversea customers, your credit card issuing bank will convert your country’s currency to Malaysia Ringgit.

  • Return & Exchange

  • How to return the parcel?

    If you wish to return the parcel, kindly drop us an email at [email protected]. We will advise you further from there. Postage incurred shall be borne by the customer. Store credit with a validity of 6 months will be issued after your returned item is processed. For further information, kindly refer HERE.

  • Can I exchange for size or new designs?

    Yes you can as long as it is still available. In the event the new item is out of stock, we will issue you store credits that are valid for 6 months.

  • How to exchange the size/design?

    If you wish to exchange your item, kindly drop us an email at [email protected]. We will advise you further from there. You may exchange size or new design. Do note that postage incurred shall be borne by the customer. For further information, kindly refer HERE

  • Can I opt for cash refund?

    Cash refund is not provided for returns. All refunds will be credited to your store credit for your next purchase.
