Policy
Our Return & Exchange Policy is only applicable for
- Item purchased directly through our website, lovinghues.com
- Item that is in its original condition, unworn, unscented, unwashed, unaltered, with tags intact. Item must be returned in its original plastic packaging
- Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 14 days for local orders and 30 days for oversea orders from the date of shipping confirmation email.
- Please obtain approval from Loving Hues before proceeding any returns. Any returns sent without approval will not be accepted and will not be sent back.
- Kindly note that the followings are not considered defects and are therefore not eligible for returns or exchanges.
– Difference in measurements of 2cm due to mass production
– Slight differences in item colour due to studio lighting and different monitor resolutions
– Minor loose thread or stains that could be easily washed off with soap and water
– Any forms of wear and tear or damage caused to the product after wearing/washing - If you are unsure, please email us at [email protected]. All cases will be assessed on a case-by-case basis
Return
- To initiate a return, kindly email us at [email protected] with your order number- return as the email subject. Let us know the item you wish to return in the email. We will get back to you within 3 working days with the next course of action. Customers are responsible for postage incurred during the process and we encourage the use of a reliable courier service with a tracking number.
- Returned parcels will be processed within 3-5 working days upon arrival of the parcel. We will check the returned items and issue you store credits that are valid for 6 months. There will strictly be NO cash refunds in the form of original payment method. A handling fee of RM5 will be deducted from the store credits issued for each return processed.
- We reserve the right to reject any item that does not meet our Return & Exchange Policy. Item must be in its original condition, unworn, unscented, unwashed, unaltered, with tags intact and in the original plastic packaging, ok!
- Item that does not meet our policy will not be accepted and a top-up payment for redelivery will be required.
Exchange
We will be happy to exchange your item in different size or design if it is still in stock. A top up is required if the new design is more expensive. However, if the new design is lower in price, we will refund you the difference. Please note that only one time exchange is allowed. In the event the requested exchange item is out of stock, we will issue you store credits that are valid for 6 months.

We will get back to you within 3 working days with the next course of action. Customers are responsible for postage incurred during the process and we encourage the use of a reliable courier service with a tracking number
- New item will be sent to you within 3-5 working days upon arrival of the returned parcel. You may track your parcel using the tracking number provided in the new email sent to you
- We reserve the right to reject any item that does not meet our Return & Exchange Policy. Item must be in its original condition, unworn, unscented, unwashed, unaltered, with tags intact and in the original plastic packaging, ok!
